Organised by the Staithes Community Group, the annual Christmas Tree Lightup takes place by the harbour where everybody is welcome.
During annual Christmas Light Switch On there will be caroling, mulled wine, and mince pies – it’s a real sense of community spirit, where a significant amount of people support the Community Group and make it a special event.
The event takes places from 15:00pm until 17:00pm – in which the 2024 event took place on Sunday 1st December.
